💰 Shipping Fees
[Orders of HKD $500 or above]: • General areas: Enjoy free shipping. • Remote areas & outlying islands: Free shipping does not apply. Parcels are sent via SF Express (freight collect); customers pay the "shipping fee + remote surcharge" upon delivery. For all freight-collect parcels, SF Express may charge additional surcharges (such as fuel and remote-area surcharges) based on actual circumstances, all of which are to be borne by the customer. ⏱️ Delivery Time
• Standard: Orders are shipped within 3-7 business days after successful payment. • Special cases: Processing time may be extended during promotions, holidays, Lunar New Year, or severe weather. • Note: Business days are Monday to Friday. No shipments are arranged on weekends and public holidays.
📦 Tracking & Post-Order Changes
• Track your parcel: Once shipped, an email notification is sent.
